The artifact for the OOPSLA 25 paper: Encoding the ∀∃ Relational Hoare Logic into Standard Hoare Logic. This artifact provides a Rocq formalization of the proposed encoding theory, machine-checked proofs of key theorems, and case study examples to demonstrate that the execution predicate Exec enables standard Hoare logic to verify program refinements.
