- 1. Umeå University
Description
Metabolomics data of 15 Actinobacteria strains (14 from Black Sea sediments and one reference strain Streptomyces bikiniensis) analyzed using gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). The data includes both cell and supernatant fractions. The samples were cultivated under five different conditions: aerated (A) and non-aerated (nA) conditions (14 days), aerated conditions (9 days), and Actinobacteria co-cultured with Myxococcus spp. (Myx) and Mycobacterium smegmatis (Smeg) (9 days).
