Key themes encompass the significance of agile supply chains in achieving operational adaptability, the incorporation of digital tools, and the strategies employed to address disruptions, exemplified by the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper identifies research gaps, including limited attention to sustainability and challenges in stakeholder collaboration. By synthesizing insights from previous studies, this paper provides a framework for understanding the strategic importance of agility in aviation management and offers directions for future research to build resilient and adaptive supply chains.
