Description
The COL_Mira_Willing_R2 fastq files are a subset of the original R2_SEKI_COL_Willing library that was directly downloaded from the Northwest Genomics Center. This contains the raw fungal sequence reads for the second half of Colockum Tarps soil samples prepared by Mira Ranganath and Suvi Birch in Spring 2025.
