Description
The SEKI_Suvi_Willing_R2 fastq files are a subset of the R2_SEKI_COL_Willing library that was directly downloaded from the Northwest Genomics Center. This contains the raw bacterial sequence reads for sequoia seedling root samples from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks (SEKI) prepared by Mira Ranganath and Suvi Birch in Summer 2025.
