Description
- Brain Lobes Slicing R02.hipnc: This Houdini file shows the file arrangement and animated slicing tool with lighting and camera.
-Brain Lobes Coloring Revised R02.hipnc: This Houdini files showing the imported model and different commands applied to color different parts of the brain.
- Compiled 3D Brain.obj: The main 3D file linked for slicing, coloring, and animating. It is the outcome of the stacked MRI images.
- MRI Scan Folder: All the scans downloaded that has been used to create the brain 3D model
- pre_dat.csv, post_control.csv, post_experimental.csv : Learner data/questions
- gee_or_table_results.csv , wilcoxon_results.csv : Results data
- Supplementary material_table 1.docx : Software parameter settings
