A Single Collapse Threshold Linking Cosmology, Gravitation, and Decoherence: FE = 1 ⇐⇒ Senv = ℏ, Parameter-Free Predictions for CMB Peaks, Lensing, and Laboratory Tests

Description

A single, parameter-free collapse condition predicts CMB acoustic peak positions, gravitational lensing boundary effects, and laboratory-scale decoherence timing with no spectrum-specific tuning. The criterion is defined by first passage of a unit accumulated quantum Fisher length (QFI/Bures geometry). The post-collapse state sources curvature via a covariant action, preserving locality and remaining independent of environment partition beyond first crossing, providing a direct operational link between decoherence thresholds, spacetime curvature, and cosmological structure.
