CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIZING VICTIMOLOGICAL PREVENTION OF CRIMES AGAINST SEXUAL FREEDOM

The article presents the results of studying the concept and structure of crimes against sexual inviolability and sexual freedom of the individual. It also includes statistical data on these crimes in the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign countries. The article examines qualification aspects, problematic situations encountered in practice, and ways to address them.
