Data used in SPROUT paper

This repository contains segmentation outputs generated using the SPROUT (https://github.com/EchanHe/SPROUT).

No original raw imaging data from other studies are included. For datasets from previous publications, only the segmentation results are provided here.

For datasets generated by our group, both the original imaging data and SPROUT outputs are available; however, only the SPROUT outputs are deposited here. Please refer to the associated paper and supplementary materials for acquisition details and links to raw data where applicable.
