Data of three innate immune defences (haptoglobin, antimicrobial activity and haemagglutination in nestling and adult Eurasian Blackbirds collected in the Netherlands in 2021 and 2022. The study looked into the effect of urbanisation on the innate immune defences in Blackbirds.
