INSTAR-TTA Collaboration on International ICT Standardisation Workshop - Outcomes Report

As global digital transformation accelerates, fostering international collaboration on standardisation is critical to ensuring interoperability, security, and innovation. 

This workshop between the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) of The Republic of Korea and the EU-funded initiative, INSTAR, addressed the challenge of developing and implementing ICT standards in a landscape where the boundaries between advanced technologies are increasingly blurring.

In particular, the workshop focused on standardisation within three distinct domain, namely Cloud-Edge-IoT, Cybersecurity and Data. 

By aligning frameworks and exploring shared approaches to scalable solutions, the EU and Republic of Korea can strengthen their technological leadership in global markets and pave the way for sustainable and inclusive digital ecosystems.
