PlantCellSeg-ImageJ is a modular ImageJ/Fiji macro pipeline for segmenting plant epidermal cells from 3D confocal microscopy images.
It supports optional SurfCut2 Lite preprocessing to handle curved tissues such as leaves, and uses MorphoLibJ for morphological watershed segmentation.
The pipeline outputs ROIs for quantitative shape analysis, and is fully reproducible and extensible for large-scale plant imaging studies.
