Model for Research of Aerosols and Climate

This critical release fixes a major error in the ice nucleation routine, which only allowed it to be called when the temperature was above -5 C. This has major implications for long-wave radiative forcing and ice cloud properties in the model. Additionally, this version implements the DeMott et al (2010) ice nucleation scheme for estimating IN in mixed-phase clouds, as a replacement for the Meyers et al (1992) scheme.
