Predictive Coding Light's datasets and videos

Datasets, example videos and example trained networks for the paper "Predictive Coding Light" accepted in Nature Communications.

The DVS128 Gesture dataset and the N-MNIST dataset are from [1] and [2] and were slightly modified (see paper) and converted to ".npz" to be used with the Predictive Coding Light network.
