Research On Development And Validation Of RP HPLC Method Of Simultaneous Estimation Of Rosuvastatin Calcium And Vildagliptin In Synthetic Mixture

The present study aimed at developing and validating a simple, accurate, precise, and reproducible Reverse Phase H.P.L.C.(R.P-H.P.L.C) method for the simultaneous estimation of Rosuvastatin Calcium and Vildagliptin in a synthetic mixture. Rosuvastatin Calcium is a medicine that lowers fats in the blood and belongs to the statin class, while Vildagliptin is a medicine to control diabetes and comes from the DPP-4 inhibitor category. These two medicines are used together more often in patients who have both dyslipidemia and type 2 diabetes mellitus. But, there was no R.P- H.P.L.C method reported before to check both medicines at the same time in combined forms, so making such a test method was needed.
