ABSTRACT: Requirement is a condition. Better it is to call it pre-condition. In case of love time is a pre-condition which is called attention. Much time is required to conquer the head and heart of the lovers. If the fiancée does not get due attention she simply leaves the partner. The fiancée hates to wait. So pre-arrival is her requirement. Also departure depends upon her sweet will. Pre-paid and post-paid are two modern terminologies. Modern lovers use and misuse both the tools. Both are required to fulfill their desire.
