Abstract:
This Zenodo repository hosts the full supplementary methods document, raw and processed experimental datasets (including combustion spectroscopy and biophoton emission data), numerical simulation outputs, and the complete bibliography files associated with the Entropy-Extended Agam Operator framework. These comprehensive materials underpin the findings published in Entropy-Extended Agam Operator: A Quantum Thermodynamic Framework for Entropy–Coherence Coupling in Physical and Biological Systems. This repository enables full reproducibility of results and provides a resource for further research into entropy-coupled quantum dynamics and biological coherence phenomena.
