aweeks8/phospropel: phospropel v0.1.0 – Initial public release

This is the first public release of phospropel:

Tools for working with phosphoproteome-derived peptide library (PhosPropel) data.

Included in this release

• Functions for loading PeptideGroups data from Proteome Discoverer (alignedCountDirectory)
• Functions for marking and aligning modification sites ('lowercaseModSite',alignedCountDirectory)
• Statistical analysis with zScore
• Plotting functions, including plotZscoreHeatmap
• Functions for scoring phosphosites with kinase PSSMs ('score_and_threshold')
• Example dataset and PSSM CSV files (see phospropel/pssms/ and 'examples')
• Colab demo notebook in examples/
