Training dataset for predicting PCE of organic solar cells

This dataset contains 5,628 experimental records of binary organic solar cells (OSCs) used to train and validate machine learning models for predicting device power conversion efficiency (PCE). Each entry represents a unique donor–acceptor combination collected from peer-reviewed literature, with both molecular structures and device performance metrics included.
