rhizoSAMSH working model (v 0.3.1)

The working version 0.3.1 was used in our first manuscript about rhizoSMASH. In this version the detection rules have undergone three rounds of manual curation.

Visualization has been customized according to the concept of rhizoSMASH. New css was made for better rendering of hybrid regions.

Minor bugs caused by genes sitting at the sequence origin in the forked antiSMASH version has been fixed.

KnownClusterBlast with a customized rKnownCGC database (including 92 rCGC regions, v1.0.3) was implemented. While the ClusterBlast module was not ready yet.
