Ganoderma resinaceum

Description
G. resinaceum
often grows in urban areas such as parks and gardens, near roads, etc. (Kotlaba, 1984; Gáper, 1998; Sokół, 2000; Gáperová, 2001; Kotlaba, Pouzar, 2009b), but in warmer regions it also occurs in forest environment (Kotlaba, Pouzar, 2009a). It prefers hosts of the genus Quercus, but it is known from many other deciduous trees (Kotlaba, 1984; Breitenbach, Kränzlin, 1986; Bernicchia, 2005; Ryvarden, Melo, 2014).
