EVOLUTIONARY TIME part two INTRODUCING THE FOURTH ANTHROPICAL PRINCIPLE, PIAGETS STRUCTURALISM AND THE ORIGIN OF NUMBERS

This is a continuation on a paper submitted sep 17, 2016 "Time is an evolutionary given and not something that sprouts out of the Big Bang".  It brings a new fourth anthropic principle explaning the origin of the OBSERVER, and through Piaget's structuralism to the origin of the figures, and presents itself as the necessary precursor of Darwin's "On the Origin of the species"
