Description

This resource introduces V‑SAP, a visual-symbolic advocacy protocol designed by and for non-speaking and AAC-using learners. Developed within the Strategic Self-Advocacy™ infrastructure, V‑SAP supports symbolic communication, consent-first advocacy, and accessible system navigation. This package includes:

  • Interactive flashcards

  • Visual rights explainer

  • Game-based symbol glossary

  • AAC-compatible scaffolds

  • Design philosophy and visual glossary

V‑SAP prioritises agency over compliance, co-regulation over behavioural control, and builds symbolic fluency in learners often excluded from traditional advocacy frameworks.
