R scripts and data for the manuscript "Towards efficient management of riverbank filtration sites: New insights on river-groundwater interactions from environmental tracers and high-resolution monitoring"

The zip folder contains preprocessed data regarding the stable water isotopes, chloride, datalogger records, RBF site water production, water-gauging stations, and meteorological stations (folder "csv"), along with the documented R scripts. Figures are saved to the "jpg" folder. The main script was created in R version 4.4.2.
