This Zenodo deposit contains a publicly available description of the Dataset:
Title: "Single-nucleus RNA sequencing of human post-mortem brain tissue from Parkinson's disease and control donors".
Description: Bulk RNA-seq data from 128 samples derived from PMDBS samples across Inferior Parietal Lobule (IPL), and Anterior Cingulate Cortex (ACG). Types of Samples: Late stage (Braak 5-6) PD and control post-mortem brains.
This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org. Instructions for how to request access can be found in the User Manual.
