Supplementary experiments of π-HelixNovo2 project
Training π-HelixNovo2 on the MassIVE-KB dataset and evaluating it against π-HelixNovo and Casanovo models trained on the same dataset.
Evaluation was performed on the the nine-species benchmark dataset, the revised nine-species dataset and three antibody datasets, Herceptin (PXD023419), IgG1-Human, and WIgG1-Mouse.
