New features

  1. More improvements in TMVA & Choping printout
  2. For TMVA & Chppoing add new arguemnts signal_add_vars and backrgound_add_vars to add more variables to transformed data sets to release the intrincis requirmeent fot the same structure for singal ad backgrnu samples. In this way one can on-fly add more missing variables to please TMVA, see example test_tools_chopping2.py
  3. Modernize AFUN1.load_params : issue warnigs for the parameter setting outside the allowed range.

Bug fixes

  1. fix a bug in histo.eff for non-uniform bining (thanks to Evgenia Nekrasova)
