From Distinction Logic to Cosmic Order: A Prime-Loop Construction of the Universe
Authors/Creators
Description
We present a logically complete program that derives the architecture of the universe—from spacetime to quantum fields and conscious observers—using only five ultraminimal axioms of distinction logic. These axioms generate a recursively self-similar prime-loop lattice, which coarse-grains to a Lorentzian manifold satisfying the Einstein field equation. We prove convergence in the Ollivier–Ricci sense, spectral dimension Ds=4D_s = 4Ds=4, and derive Newton’s constant from microscopic loop area. Phase-coherent prime loops reproduce Yang–Mills and Dirac dynamics, and braided ribbon defects realize the full SU(3)×SU(2)×U(1) gauge algebra. Observable departures—including energy-dependent light speed and prime-indexed CMB features—bring the theory within reach of current gravitational-wave and cosmology experiments. The Universal Model Framework (UMF) thus transitions from philosophical sketch to quantitatively falsifiable physics
- This project was developed by Marco Gericke, with structured assistance from a large language model. All scientific concepts and conclusions were generated, verified, and interpreted by the author.
- Dedicated to Peter Plichta, who envisioned the code before it could be computed.
