Subjects of administrative legal protection of the rights of citizens

Starting from enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation the state duty to protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, determines the system of bodies with competence for the protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Based on the analysis of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal constitutional laws, Federal laws, presidential decrees and Government resolutions defined the public authorities empowered for the protection of human rights. As subjects of administrative–legal protection of the rights of citizens defined: the President of the Russian Federation, bodies of legislative authorities, executive authorities (the government of the Russian Federation, bodies of justice and internal affairs, other executive authorities), courts (Constitutional, Supreme and other courts), bodies of the control of the government (the Commissioner for human rights, the Commissioner for the rights of the child Commissioner for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, prosecutor's office, Administration of the President of the Russian Federation).
