Design and Implementation of a Smart Door Lock System Using RFID and Arduino Uno
Authors/Creators
Description
Security is a growing concern in residential, commercial, and industrial areas. Traditional locks suffer from vulnerabilities such as key duplication and lock picking. This paper presents a low-cost smart door locking system using RFID technology integrated with an Arduino Uno and a servo motor. The system authenticates RFID tags to grant access, offering contactless security and scalability. This paper details hardware, soft- ware, results, and future upgrades.
