Processed RNA velocity data from Bui et al., 2025, White and Brown Adipose Tissue Share a Convergent Fibro-Adipogenic Progenitor Population

The saved objects are outputs of velocyto (.loom). These files are then used to run ScVelo.

After running ScVelo on scanpy anndata, the .h5ad adata object of WAT and BAT were exported.
