reference data for TidyGWAS

Reference data curated for tidyGWAS, for version 1.0.0

Contains:

1. RSID, CHR, POS, ALT ALLELE and REF ALLELE from dbSNP v155, for both GRCh37 and GRCh38
2. Allele frequencies for five super populations from 30x 1000 genomes
3. dbSNP merged RSID data
4. Indel reference data, left-aligned and trimmed from dbSNP157
5. Allele frequenecy for UKB populations for ancestry composition
