Dataset for Dynamic coupling between Tom22 motions and Tom40 pore dynamics modulates ion transport in the mitochondrial TOM complex

This dataset accompanies the work entitled, "Dynamic coupling between Tom22 motions and Tom40 pore dynamics modulates ion transport in the mitochondrial TOM complex". The dataset contain the input model used for running the simulations in the paper and related trajectory data for the free, stalled and applied field simulations.
