Description
This dataset is part of the Spatial Atlas of Human Anatomy (SAHA) project, a large-scale effort to generate a multimodal, high-resolution spatial omics reference of healthy human tissues.
Each data package corresponds to a single sequencing/imaging run and includes raw and/or processed spatial transcriptomics and/or proteomics data.
Sample Metadata:
- Organ: Colon
- State: Normal
- Tissue type: COL
- Slide ID: COL_A1
- Institution Code: WCM
- Assay: CosMx Protein
- Panel: IO Protein (64-plex)
The associated sample metadata, experimental annotations, and detailed documentation are available in the SAHA GitHub repository. More information about the SAHA initiative, including its scientific goals and collaborators, can be found at https://saha-project.org.
Please cite the corresponding publication or preprint when using these data.
