Reproduction data for DeepFUCCI paper.
What to find here:
- Training data: annotated dataset of classified segmentation masks, following the StarDist convention
- Custom-trained StarDist models: three pure segmentation and three classsification + segmentation models
- Custom-trained InstanSeg models: three channel-specific and one channel-invariant model
- Custom-trained Cellpose-SAM models: one fine-tuned model, one classification model trained on all channels and one classification model trained only on the tubulin channel
- Video figures
- Source data: the data and scripts used for the individual figures (if applicable)
