This book attempts to summarize the knowledge of Bulgarian Jurassic geology. The authors hope that the text is accessible to those who are interested in the subject and that it will also provide a foundation for further research. There may be ongoing developments that do not align with the ideas we present. Nevertheless, the most widely accepted points have been adopted, while consistency within the book has been prioritized in other cases.
