Afrivoice Ethiopian is an initiative to create ASR speech dataset for ethiopian language, the aim is to create 600 hours of Image prompted dataset and scripted dataset. It is part of the collaboration between the Open Dataset for All initiative from Digital Umuganda and the Africa Next Voice Initiative created by a consortium with the aim of creating an open ASR dataset.
