Mutant structure files for AbBiBench dataset

AbBiBench (Antibody Binding Benchmarking) is a benchmarking framework for optimizing antibody binding affinity. This dataset contains experimental antibody-antigen binding affinity scores, structure files of wild-type antibody-antigen complexes, and mutant heavy chain sequences, which are available at our repository at Huggingface. Here, we provide the PDB files of mutant antibody-antigen complexes generated using FoldX's buildModel function.
