zclaytor/kiauhoku: v2.1.2

This release contains a few patches, but most notably fixes a bug in StarGridInterpolator.mcmc_star that resulted in the sample model output (i.e., the stellar parameter values) being misaligned with the Markov chains (i.e., the "initial mass", "initial met" vectors).

Aggregate statistics and corner plots computed on the chains remain unaffected, and the code remains backwards compatible, hence keeping this at patch status. I can't think of a reason why someone might use an individual sample row from the "chains" output, but if you have done this, your results will have been mismatched.
