Description
Supplementary information for manuscript: A New Detailed Mass Offset Search in MSFragger for Improved Interpretation of Complex PTMs. A a new “detailed” mass offset (DMO) search is implemented in the MSFragger search engine. The new search allows for complext PTM searches (hundreds of mass offsets placed in more than one residue), while retaining simple interpretability.
