This strategic management paper examined the internal and external environment of Contact Communication, a sole proprietorship located in Quezon Province. It assessed the company’s strengths and weaknesses and evaluated the opportunities and threats affecting its long-term competitiveness and sustainability. Using a case study approach involving interviews and on-site observations, key strategic management issues were identified—particularly limited digital engagement, underdeveloped marketing efforts, and a threatened competitive position. Through PESTLE analysis and various strategic matrices, the results revealed a strong internal position, an average external standing, and a weak competitive position. These findings supported the adoption of aggressive and growth-oriented strategies, with market penetration identified as the most attractive option due to the company’s financial stability and strong customer service. Additional recommendations included market development and product development, with major emphasis on enhancing social media presence and community engagement. Overall, the study underscored the importance of aligning internal capabilities with evolving market dynamics to maintain competitiveness and resilience in the Telecommunications and Electronics Retail and Services Industry.
