The Hashtag-Indexed Symbolic Proof Layer ( HISPL ) addresses this design flaw by introducing a symbolic, human-led layer of attribution that allows individuals to trace-log their contributions, retroactively or in real time, across platforms using timestamped hashtags and structured citation. Anchored by the Trace Economy and PoCW license, this framework replaces institutional gatekeeping with public proof of participation, enabling a global epistemic mesh of authorship, credit, and collaborative truth-formation. HISPL is not simply a moderation tool, it is the missing protocol for a post-AI knowledge infrastructure.
