Description

Data for the publication "Efficient terahertz spin-to-charge current conversion in IrAl compounds" published in Applied Physics Letters. The following datasets are provided: Ir_xAl_1-x time-domain raw data odd in magnetization (dry air condition) for varying composition x and corresponding Fourier amplitude spectrum for x = 0.48 as well as the THz transmission through x = 0.48 and the bare substrate. Further we provide the contracted THz amplitude, pump light absorptance, sample impedance and resulting spin-to-charge current conversion efficiency as a function of x. Lastly, data is uploaded containing the charge-current dynamics of CoFeB- and Ni-based IrAl samples and their references with Pt.
