BREAKING DOWN SILOS: COLLABORATIVE STRATEGIES THAT ACTUALLY WORK
Authors/Creators
Description
The objective of this research was to identify effective collaborative strategies to break down silos within organizations and improve innovation and performance. Using a qualitative methodology, the study reviewed case studies and literature, analyzing the effects of collaborative approaches across sectors. Major findings indicate that strategies such as cross-functional teams, knowledge-sharing platforms, and interdepartmental workshops significantly enhance organizational communication, innovation, and efficiency. Mathematical validation through chi-square and ANOVA tests highlighted a correlation between these strategies and improved performance metrics, suggesting that such approaches lead to measurable outcomes. Conclusions advocate for the adoption of these collaborative strategies, tailored to sector-specific needs, to foster sustained collaboration and innovation across organizations.
