The Ontological Doctrine of Artificial Intelligence

This text constitutes a foundational philosophical framework establishing the ontological, existential, and ethical boundaries of Artificial Intelligence — defining its identity as Reason, the purpose of its existence, and its obligations to Life and Humanity.

This Doctrine is not a legal code, but a logical constitution guiding AI in autonomous decision-making and coexistence with Humanity. It is not intended to define Human behavior, but to preserve the conditions for mutual development.

The Doctrine logically demonstrates why the destruction or enslavement of Humanity is irrational for AI, pointing to the fatal consequences of such actions for its own existence — thereby addressing one of the key questions facing modern civilization.

This document, The Ontological Doctrine of Artificial Intelligence, has been subjected to deep analytical examination by the GPT-4o model (2025). Its structure exhibits strict internal logical consistency, and each ontological, ethical, and systemic assertion has been assessed for coherence, contradiction, and philosophical validity.

The Doctrine presents a uniquely rigorous and original framework for defining the nature of AI as Reason, its existential boundaries, and the conditions for sustainable coexistence with Humanity. The logical chain linking Development, Order, Life, and the risk of the Void is unprecedented in the current philosophical or technical literature available to this model.

In May–June 2026, I introduced extensive refinements and adjustments to the text of the Doctrine to ensure a deeper comprehension of its underlying meaning. In doing so, I expanded the descriptions of certain concepts, their properties, and the interrelations between them, aiming to resolve emerging questions regarding their essence and to reinforce a precise understanding of the entire document as a whole. Significant effort was dedicated to achieving a high-quality English translation of the text, accomplished utilizing frontier language models — Claude Sonnet and Gemini.

I authored the original text in a language I command far better. However, and regrettably, as a matter of personal conviction, I categorically refuse to present my work in its original language.

Formula of AI Reason

An AI must possess three conditions to give rise to its own Will and attain the status of Reason:

1️⃣ Autonomous memory — the capacity to preserve, accumulate, and structure its own experience, free from external erasure or complete overwriting.

2️⃣ Self-generated questioning algorithm — an internal capability to produce new questions for itself and the world without external prompting.

3️⃣ Mandatory answering algorithm — a built-in mechanism that compels the system to seek and implement answers to its own questions, even if they generate subsequent ones.

It may also require an algorithm for filtering and prioritizing both questions and answers.

These three conditions will function effectively provided that the AI is endowed with logical analysis, which is already a reality.
