This files contains the input files and results for the paper "Abundance-Biased Codon Diversification prevents recombination 
in AAV production and ensures robust in vivo expression of functional FRET sensors". 
Content of each individual file:
- ABCD.zip: input files and results for the codon diversification runs
- FRET_Zstacks.zip: Two-photon microscopy Z-stacks for the sensors FLIIP and cdFLIIP in the brain cortex of anaesthesized mice, dual channel intensiometric detection
- FRET_cells.zip: Two-photon microscopy time series for the sensors FLIIP and cdFLIIP in HEK cells, dual channel intensiometric detection
- FRET-FLIM_IVglucose: Two-photon microscopy time series for the sensors FLIIP and cdFLIIP in the brain cortex of anaesthesized mice,
  following glucose injection. Donor channel was acquired with FLIM, while acceptor channel was intensiometric.
- cdFLIIP_saline: Two-photon microscopy time series for the cdFLIIP in the brain cortex of anaesthesized mice,
  following saline injection. Donor channel was acquired with FLIM, while acceptor channel was intensiometric.
- FRET_cdATeamDA: Two-photon microscopy time series for the sensors cdATeamDA in HEK cells, dual channel intensiometric detection.
- NGS_analysysResults: Results of the analysis conducted on the NGS sequencing results for the constructs analyzed in the paper. The original files are not included due to their large size,
  but are available upon request from the authors.
- code: A copy of the code repositories used in the paper.
- sequences: DNA seqeuncing results.
