Description
A dataset to be used as an example usecase for the ExP_heatmap tool. This dataset was created by population genetics analyses included in the ExP_heatmap. A .vcf file from the 1000 Genomes Project (phase 3 - chromosome 2) was used as input data for creating this dataset.
