The replication package has two distinct parts. 

Part 1 (folder 01-data-import-and-harmonisation) consists in the raw data preparation. It contains code for importing and harmonizing data from the HFCS, WAS and SCF source data. 

 Part 2 (folder 02-analysis) runs the entire analysis presented in the paper on the basis of harmonized datasets, along with the sensitivity analysis presented as online supplementary material.

 

Each folder contains a specific ‘readme’ file with instructions.
