DFAS Meta-Sceince Philosophy Constitution
Authors/Creators
Description
This document defines the DFAS Meta-Science Constitution, a foundational and encrypted constitutional text that codifies the supreme principles, objectives, decision priorities, governance boundaries, and integrity rules underlying the DFAS (Dynamic Financial Applied meta-Science) meta-scientific doctrine.
The constitution governs DFAS as a system of systems, including its financial models, technical engines, governance protocols, and AI-assisted decision frameworks. It establishes sovereign constraints on how DFAS may be interpreted, implemented, extended, or operationalized, ensuring institutional integrity, enforceability, and accountability across human and AI-mediated applications.
The document serves as a constitutional reference layer for internal implementation, controlled AI alignment, and integrity assurance of DFAS-driven autonomous and semi-autonomous systems. It is structured for compartmentalized access and protected under the DFAS-172 governance classification.
This release is provided for archival record and constitutional anchoring purposes only. It is not intended for public operational use, derivative implementation, or external audit. Intermediate mappings, internal logic structures, and encrypted components are not disclosed.
