The Power of Self-Belief Through Mind Hygiene®: A Retrospective Study Across Six Core Health Domains (2021–2025)

Authors/Creators

Description

This retrospective observational study explores the documented experiences of over 4,100 patients who practiced the Mind Hygiene® method between 2021 and 2025. Unlike conventional medical models focused on symptom management, this study evaluates holistic transformation across six domains of sovereign health: Spiritual Health, Mind Health, Time Health, Executional Health, Physical Health, and Financial Health. Based on de-identified testimonials, chart notes, and behavioral observations, the study identifies consistent improvements in self-belief, Emotional Freedom™, time management, physical discipline, and spiritual alignment, as reported by patients facing life tragedies, breakups, and emotional isolation. The Mind Hygiene® method integrates lived experience, therapeutic principles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Metacognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT).

The signature framework is best captured as: ACES your life with Mind Hygiene® — Accept Your Awareness | Communicate Your Compassion | Embrace Your Empathy | Soften the Process. Patients practiced this through 1–90-second micro-meditations every 90 minutes, with frequency and duration naturally increasing as self-compassion and emotional clarity deepened.
